Since it is one of the areas of law that is most involved in the daily routine of companies, covering various segments and internal departments, the civil area requires not only lawyers, but partners who understand and are interested in reconciling the legal aspect with the feasibility of business activities. Thus, it has experts in Commercial and Civil Law, including deep knowledge of the subdivisions: contractual, administrative, consumerism, court reorganization, General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and general litigation.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the contractual area, in addition to analyzing and\/or drafting agreements, attends negotiation meetings, whenever necessary. This also assists in any legal disputes involving compliance with the respective clauses.<\/span><\/p>\n

It also acts in the administrative scope, with all the necessary advisory in bidding procedures, from the analysis of the calls for tender to the last suitable judicial measure to defend the client’s interests, as well as defenses and any appeals to PROCON, CONAR, INMETRO, among other administrative organs of the government.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the Consumer Law area, as it has, among its clients, large companies that work with the final consumer, it has the necessary expertise to work with Consumer Assistance Services (SAC), Consumer Protection and Defense Programs (PROCON), Special Civil Courts (JEC) and other administrative and judicial bodies.<\/span><\/p>\n

It also has a specialized team ready to advise companies on all legal aspects for the implementation and compliance with the terms of the General Data Protection Law.<\/span><\/p>\n

It has expertise both in advising on the filing of a petition for court reorganization, as well as in credit monitoring in filed court reorganization proceedings.<\/span><\/p>\n
