La redacci\u00f3n original preve\u00eda una tasa del 15% para el Impuesto sobre la Renta por ganancias de capital y una multa del 167%.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto de ley ampl\u00eda el plazo para adherirse al R\u00e9gimen Especial de Regularizaci\u00f3n Cambiaria y Fiscal (RERCT).<\/p>\n<p>La repatriaci\u00f3n de fondos fue establecida por la Ley 13.254\/2016, que permite regularizar la situaci\u00f3n de las personas que tienen bienes legales no declarados en el exterior.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto de ley ser\u00e1 analizado ahora por la C\u00e1mara de Diputados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n, dir\u00edjase a los Dres.
