{"id":13064,"date":"2025-04-23T13:29:33","date_gmt":"2025-04-23T16:29:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rma.adv.br\/?p=13064"},"modified":"2025-05-12T13:37:32","modified_gmt":"2025-05-12T16:37:32","slug":"economia-empresa-y-derecho-reflejos-e-impactos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rma.adv.br\/es\/23\/04\/2025\/economia-empresa-y-derecho-reflejos-e-impactos\/","title":{"rendered":"ECONOM\u00cdA, EMPRESA Y DERECHO &#8211; REFLEJOS E IMPACTOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>LA SEMI\u00d3TICA DE LA INFORMACI\u00d3N: HECHOS, OPINIONES Y EL ARTE DE LA INTERPRETACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un mundo inundado de informaci\u00f3n, la semi\u00f3tica de la informaci\u00f3n nos ayuda a navegar en este mar de datos, desvelando la compleja relaci\u00f3n entre hechos, opiniones e interpretaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la dicotom\u00eda entre hechos y opiniones, los hechos se caracterizan por ser elementos verificables, objetivos e independientes de la interpretaci\u00f3n individual, mientras que&nbsp; las opiniones se traducen en expresiones subjetivas, influenciadas por creencias, valores y experiencias personales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las interpretaciones a las que me refiero pueden estar plagadas de vicios y equ\u00edvocos, que presentan barreras intelectuales y cognitivas debido al bajo nivel de alfabetizaci\u00f3n del agente o a su escasa experiencia vital. Todav\u00eda se observa una tendencia a buscar interpretaciones que confirmen creencias preexistentes. Aqu\u00ed se percibe una \u00e1cida disonancia cognitiva con el malestar causado por informaciones contradictorias, que conducen naturalmente a la distorsi\u00f3n de la realidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando me refiero a la semi\u00f3tica y a la construcci\u00f3n del significado, quiero enfatizar&nbsp; el contexto, los c\u00f3digos y las convenciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, las consecuencias de la mala interpretaci\u00f3n dan lugar a la desinformaci\u00f3n, derivada de la difusi\u00f3n intencionada o no de informaci\u00f3n falsa o inexacta, la polarizaci\u00f3n y divisi\u00f3n de la sociedad en grupos opuestos, con visiones del mundo cada vez m\u00e1s extremas y radicalizadas, y la adopci\u00f3n de ideas y comportamientos extremistas, a menudo violentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este contexto, el papel de la educaci\u00f3n y el pensamiento cr\u00edtico es desarrollar habilidades de an\u00e1lisis cr\u00edtico y evaluaci\u00f3n de fuentes, promover el di\u00e1logo y la argumentaci\u00f3n racional, y estimular la curiosidad intelectual y el cuestionamiento constante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La responsabilidad de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n y de los formadores de opini\u00f3n es fundamental para la adopci\u00f3n de la \u00e9tica, la imparcialidad y la transparencia, pero no es lo que hemos visto ni le\u00eddo. Es necesario ratificar el compromiso con la verificaci\u00f3n de los hechos y la presentaci\u00f3n de diferentes perspectivas, con la lucha contra la desinformaci\u00f3n y la polarizaci\u00f3n, y con la promoci\u00f3n de un debate p\u00fablico informado y constructivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para navegar por el mar de la informaci\u00f3n con conciencia y responsabilidad, el conocimiento de la din\u00e1mica de la semi\u00f3tica de la informaci\u00f3n nos ofrece herramientas para comprender la complejidad de la comunicaci\u00f3n y sus impactos en la sociedad. Desarrollar el pensamiento cr\u00edtico y la capacidad de interpretar la informaci\u00f3n de forma consciente se vuelve fundamental para construir un futuro m\u00e1s informado y democr\u00e1tico.
