No olvide que tambi\u00e9n tenemos el Drawback para la exportaci\u00f3n de servicios, que son medidas importantes para fomentar la internacionalizaci\u00f3n de las empresas brasile\u00f1as.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>REDUCCI\u00d3N DE COSTES:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Desde el 1 de enero, entr\u00f3 en vigor la exenci\u00f3n del Flete Adicional para la Renovaci\u00f3n de la Marina Mercante (AFRMM) que grava las importaciones de insumos realizadas al amparo del r\u00e9gimen de Drawback Exenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Con la publicaci\u00f3n de la Ordenanza n\u00ba 37 de la SECEX, que aprob\u00f3 la 9\u00aa edici\u00f3n del Manual del Sistema de Drawback de Exenci\u00f3n, la Secretar\u00eda de Ingresos Federales de Brasil declar\u00f3 que en el caso de la modalidad \u00abexenci\u00f3n\u00bb no habr\u00e1 pago de AFRMM, con base en la Ley n\u00ba 10893, del 13 de julio de 2004, p\u00e1rrafo 4\u00ba, inciso V, \u00abc\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>DRAWBACK SERVICIOS:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De acuerdo con la Ley 1440, <strong>los exportadores brasile\u00f1os podr\u00e1n adquirir servicios como transporte, seguro, manipulaci\u00f3n y almacenamiento de cargas con suspensi\u00f3n de impuestos<\/strong>, siempre que est\u00e9n directa y exclusivamente vinculados a la exportaci\u00f3n o entrega al exterior de productos resultantes de la utilizaci\u00f3n del Drawback.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) DRAWBACK PARA MICRO Y PEQUE\u00d1AS EMPRESAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Las microempresas y las peque\u00f1as empresas que opten por el Simples Nacional pueden acogerse a los reg\u00edmenes de Drawback Suspensi\u00f3n y Exenci\u00f3n.
